Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. Cloths, mop, vacuum and the products we use all come with us. If you would rather we used something of yours, because of an allergy, a pet or a surface that needs a particular product, leave it out and tell us.
Do I need to be at home?
No, and most of our regular work happens with nobody in. We agree how we get in when the work is booked, whether that is a key, a key safe or someone letting us in. We do not hold keys without a written arrangement about it.
How long does a clean take?
A regular clean of a three bedroom house with one bathroom is usually two to three hours once the routine settles. The first visit takes longer, often half again, because the backlog gets cleared before the routine starts.
What do you not do?
We do not move heavy furniture, work at height beyond a step stool, clean the outside of upstairs windows, or handle anything involving mould remediation, needles or bodily fluids. Exterior surfaces, roofs and gutters are a different trade and we would point you at one.
